FAQ's and Shipping Info
Odyssey Systems® is a company which operates with their partners based in the United States. Shipping from these partners may result in your item to taking anywhere from about 1 week to 6 weeks for delivery. We process orders within 1-7 business days of purchase.
For your reference and assurance, our suppliers provide us with tracking numbers with your orders and at any time we'd be glad to assist and check on the status of the package if the item has not arrived within the 1-6 weeks time frame. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, rest assured that your item is on its way ☺

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
- We ship from a factory based in the United States. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.
- We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide!
- Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 6 weeks, depending on the item you purchased. For further inquiries, you can simply click on 'CONTACT US' or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your item.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders CANNOT be cancelled after a confirmation email has been sent to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
IT'S BEEN OVER 6+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
- We have stated a few examples why receiving your order might take longer than expected. If you still haven't received your order within the timeframe given above, please contact us. We'll take care of it for you so rest assured your item is on the way! ☺
- We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others.
- Most cases this is because a customer has accidentally entered their email with an error. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us!
- Sorry! Once an order is submitted, its FINAL. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.
- IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to you, the customer.
Odyssey Systems® is not responsible for destination country tax and / or duty charge that may occur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
Odyssey Systems will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Odyssey Systems® reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any replacement or refunds.
